His highness, Dr. Falah Bin Faraj Al-Subaie, the Rector of the University, stressed that the speech of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, may Allah protect him, at opening of the works for the third year of the seventh session of the Shura Council, shows his keenness on the citizens of this wise country . he described them as  the main motivator for economy . Dr. Al-Subaie said: "The Royal Speech confirms the established principles on which the country is based and which is represented by the Islamic Shariah and its realization of justice and equality in all internal issues, as well as its keenness on the issues of the Arab and Islamic nations, The Islamic Shariah has made the people of the Kingdom proud of their castodians who support the Islamic and Arab worlds to spread tolerance and reject extremism and terrorism ". "
