The Closing of "Tamkeen" Program at the Deanship of Development and Quality

On Thursday, the Deanship of Development and Quality concluded "Tamkeen" (empowering) training program that lasted for (25) training hours over (5) days to qualify the fresh faculty members in development and quality. The Dean for Development and Quality Dr. Yasser Almaleky reported that the program aims to enhance the skills of the participants. The program covered (18) males and (14) females. It tackled total quality, design and development of university courses, learning outcomes and their assessment, university teaching strategies, and academic counseling. Almaleky pointed to the concern in offering training courses and developing the University's staff at all levels according to plans and studies that meet their needs and aim to empower the national competencies with aspiring capabilities.
